Rendering a property can require full coverage of walls and rooflines—sometimes with no room to build on private land. In Norton, the only option was to take the scaffold out onto the road itself.
Before a single pole was erected, we worked with local authorities to secure the necessary permits and arrange temporary traffic management. Our scaffold featured robust bracing and a cantilevered section to provide a safe working platform while maintaining a clear route for vehicles.
Pedestrian diversion routes, safety barriers, and clear night-time lighting kept residents safe throughout the project. With the scaffold in place, the rendering team could complete their work quickly and with complete confidence in the stability of their platform.
This project highlights the value of a scaffolding company that understands not only construction but also the legal and logistical demands of working in public spaces.
